How to Make Red Wine Brownies
You all went so crazy for our red wine cupcakes that we’re adding a new wine-infused dessert recipe to our collection, sweet red wine brownies. They’re so simple, it’s almost not right to even call this a recipe. Are you ready for the secret?
Here goes! All you have to do is replace the water in a boxed brownie mix recipe with sweet red wine. Yes, that’s it! Decadent fudgy brownies with fruity wine notes can be yours in just about a half an hour.
We made ours with sweet Mountain Goat Red wine. It’s the perfect pair.
Red Wine Brownie Recipe
1 box Ghirardelli dark chocolate brownie Mix
1/4 cup Mountain Goat Red Wine
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 8″x8″ baking dish.
In large bowl, combine wine, oil, and egg. Mix well. Stir in brownie mix. Spread batter in prepared pan.
Bake for 45 minutes. Cool completely. Serve with wine.
