Galaxy Wine Recipe

Galaxy Wine Recipe

Once upon a time in a galaxy far, far away…

Never mind that…we’re bringing a galaxy close to you, really close, right under your nose close.

Behold…galaxy wine!

As we write this, the United States is looking forward to a solar eclipse. We’ve even heard a few of you might be calling out “sick” that day so you can stop by an eclipse party.

Don’t worry, your secret is safe with us.

We’ve created a special drink to help you celebrate. We use our Fruition red wine as the base. It’s pretty dark and we love how it pairs with the black cherry grape juice.

See how to make galaxy wine yourself (it’s super simple) in the video below or keep scrolling to read the recipe.

Special Ingredients

Two special ingredients (besides our local handcrafted wine) make this far out recipe shine.

A touch of black gel food coloring gives you a nice outer space background. We picked some up at the local craft store. Go easy with this stuff! If you use any more than a drop, the drink will turn your mouth black. A little dab will do.

The sparkly swirls come from edible gold luster dust. You might know it as pearl dust. We got that at the craft store too. You don’t have to be so careful about how much of this you use. Add a little bit at a time until you get the look you want. You can even try mixing different colors.
