New Winery Opening Ceremony
May 4, 2017
It’s time for a toast! The doors to our brand new winery are now open. Here are some photos from our opening ceremony. Thank you Nicole Taylor Photography for capturing our special day.
Celebrating with the Frogtown Bistro
The event started with some brief remarks. We thanked everyone who helped us reach this moment.
Then, the Frogtown Bistro owners had some fun with the crowd. Eric Noone (left) and Chef Lyman Winner earned some laughs. You can tell they are a lot of fun to work with!
A Certificate of Recognition
We were incredibly moved that our local lawmakers presented us with a certificate of recognition. From left to right: State Representative Maureen Madden, Randy, Linda, State Representative Rosemary Brown, and State Senator Mario Scavello.
Thanking God
We couldn’t have accomplished any of our goals without God so we included a prayer in the ceremony. Pastor Nate Tsegay of Community Church led us in a beautiful prayer of thanks.
A Celebration
The crowd counted, “Three, two, one.” Then, confetti cannons blasted and bottles of bubbly popped as we officially opened the doors of the new Mountain View Vineyard winery. What a wonderful moment!
Yum!
The Frogtown Bistro put on a wonderful spread.
New Wine Release
We revealed our new commemorative wine, Vision. Here’s Linda giving an interview about it to Eyewitness News. We love this picture by the way!
You can read more about Vision on the blog.
You’re Invited
We can’t wait for you to come and see the new winery for yourself. The grand opening is this weekend!
Tickets for Saturday have already sold out, but there are still some available for Sunday. They’re going fast. So, you should order them online in advance.
Thank you to all of you who helped make our dream come true.
Cheers!
Linda & Randy
