Chocolate Raspberry Martini Recipe
This rich, creamy, raspberry-infused chocolate dream is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day (or any day for that matter!) We make it with our Red Raspberry Vodka. It’s all natural and made with fresh fruit juice. You can see all of our fresh fruit infused vodka varieties in our online store.
This martini is so popular, that a local news show asked us to demonstrate how to make it on live TV. That was nerve wracking but also a lot of fun!

A Drink or a Dessert?
We’re not sure whether this sumptuous combination of chocolate and raspberry should be considered a drink or a dessert. While it’s made with drink ingredients, it really tastes like an indulgent dessert. Perhaps, we’ll just call it a “dessert drink.” You can let us know your thoughts in the comment section.
Chocolate Raspberry Martini Recipe
Ingredients
1 ounce heavy cream
1 ounce crème de cacao
1 ounce Mountain View Distillery Red Raspberry Vodka
Fresh raspberries and a chocolate truffle (or two, or three) for garnish
Instructions
1. Combine heavy cream and crème de cacao in an ice-filled shaker. Shake until well blended.
2. Add Red Raspberry Vodka and shake until well blended.
3. Strain into a martini glass.
4. Garnish with raspberries and chocolate truffle.
